Amazing villa in the beautiful small town of Lachi. Lots of space for entertaining and large pool for cooling off. Would definitely recommend this villa for families looking for a holiday in Cyprus!

We LOVED our stay at Villa Jacaranda! We stayed there when getting married last week in Latchi and it was the perfect choice. Spotlessly clean, spacious and a fantastic pool and outside area. Kathryn was lovely and super helpful. We will be back!

All the way through the process from booking to check out Kathryn and the team at Latchi Luxury Villas provided friendly, clear and helpful information. The villa suited us perfectly and was well maintained and furnished with everything we needed, especially as we tend to self cater quite a lot. Staying at the end of March, we decided to pay the extra for air con heating in the lounge and this was a good choice for us during the first few chilly hours of the day. The villa is brilliantly situated for walks into Latchi harbour and going into the Akamas to explore this beautiful landscape. We thoroughly recommend this villa and the team who manage it.

Luxury Latchi Villas is a family business, owned by Paul, Andrea, Brad & Kathryn. We offer luxury holiday villas and apartments for short-term rentals in Cyprus. We first visited Cyprus in 1998 and were captivated by this magical island. In 2000 we purchased our own piece of this island, and our villa was completed in 2004. At this time, our villa was offered as the only “Best Of James Villas” in the area. In 2006 we moved to Cyprus and opened our property management company; ”In Safe Hands” providing management, maintenance, cleaning & gardening services to holiday homeowners based overseas. Since 2007 we have been welcoming families to our villas and apartments, many of who have become regular visitors and friends. Many of these families asked if we had other properties they could holiday in, and to this end, our new website was born...
