We had an amazing stay in La Longere. The house and especially the garden really suited our needs. We were there with 6 adults and 1 baby. We really needed to do nothing, and this place is perfect for that. Not much to do in the direct surroundings. We think that the house was unoccupied for a while, so it smelled a bit musky when we got there. That smell went away as soon as we settled. The house is fully fitted with ample kitchen equipment, games and even a library. And super nice to be greeted by the cows every morning. The most relaxing holiday we’ve ever had! Just one thing to be aware off (and fully out of control of the people who rent the house out) the neighbours down the road have very mean Rottweilers. Don’t go down the road towards the farm unless you’re in a car.

Très bonne communication et réactivité. Maison thiérachienne confortable, chaleureuse (poêle à bois appréciable !) et joliment décoré. Bien équipée, bonne literie. Chemins de randonnée/VTT au pied de la maison. Pas d'abri pour les vélos. Super accueil. Je reviendrai et je recommande +++

Het gezellig en smaakvol gerenoveerd boerderijtje van Sam en Hélène, is een ideale plek voor wie rustig in de natuur wil samenzijn met vrienden en/of gezin. Het typische landschap van de Thiérache is mooi,glooiend, weide- en akkerland omzoomd met hagen, prachtig in de herfst, bos en wandelpaden vlakbij. Een aanrader voor wie graag op het platteland tot rust komt.
