这个精致的房子可以说闹中取静,当然bendigo也不大。往东900米就是市中心。房东Gary把这栋颇有历史感的房子打理得干净而舒适,前后都有花园,尤其是后花园,房东甚至做了带有精美喷泉的景致。厨房设备齐全,你能用到的,房东都准备好了。

Thanks so much to Gary and Julie what a magnificent place to stay, the communications were excellent and the personal touches appreciated, it felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the outside entertaining area was relaxing to say the least. Appreciated the continental breakfast and the cake was delicious, Highly recommend Garys cottage to stay you wont regret it.

Had a 3 night stay, the cottage is very inviting and nicely presented. Very clean, beds comfortable and bathrooms very clean. Continental breakfast was great, plus the extra surprises were a nice touch. The gardens are beautiful and very restful after a long day exploring all Bendigo has to offer. Great position , walking distance to Art Gallery and the CBD. I recommend this lovely cottage for a nice getaway. Thank you Gary and Julie. 10/10 from me, I’ll be back 😀

This is the perfect spot to see the wonderful Paris exhibition at the Bendigo gallery. My suggestion - put a bottle of French bubbles from a German supermarket in the fridge, go to the exhibition in the morning and take the 3 course set price Waygu steak lunch at Woodhouse with maybe an extra bottle of Balgownie bubbles to linger. Wander home via a cleansing ale on the verandah at the Shamrock and enjoy a your cold sparkling from the fridge in Gary's magnificent garden. Then relive the beautiful things you have seen as you drift in to a soft and gentle sleep.
