Great location, great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants in the area. Definitely will stay here again if I get the chance!

Great location, easy parking, safe building/area. Very responsive communication. AC didn’t work the first day was repaired by the following afternoon.

Nico’s place was close to all the shopping and restaurants, definitely walkable and the parking was a huge plus if you have a rental car. Height clearance and the spot itself fit our mid size suv just fine. Nico and housekeeping were very kind and understanding when it came to flexible check-in since we had perishables and allowed us to drop our bags off before check in time. The room itself and appliances are a bit older but it’s decent for the price you pay. We appreciated the provided beach essentials like an umbrella, towels, and chairs. The A/C unfortunately wasn’t working the one night we stayed and we did come back to find our parking spot had been taken, however Nico responded right away to our questions and did his best to resolve the issues which we greatly appreciated. I would say the room is centrally located and even has a restaurant downstairs, so as expected there will be noise. Otherwise, decent stay and a very nice view of the city at night!
