We had a delightful family stay at La Selva. The setting is lovely with stunning vistas from the garden and pool area. The house is charming with plenty of living space, bedrooms, bathrooms and two kitchens. Francesco was quick to respond to all our requests and provided suggestions for local activities and dining. He suggested we stop in Orvieto on the way from Rome and secured a lunch reservation for us. The local winery tasting and lunch that Francesco set up was a highlight among many. We enjoyed meeting Francesco’s parents and brother, as well. Perfect proximity to visit Florence and Siena. We highly recommend La Selva for an authentic Tuscan experience. We look forward to a return trip!

Every furniture and object in the house has a story attached. By renting the place Francisco and his wonderful family let us borrow all those souvenirs and make them ours to live a magical moment out of the time. We spent an unforgettable stay and all our family adopted the house and felt immediately at home. We hope to come soon again.

Our stay at La Selva was absolutely delightful for our family, and it was a wonderful setting for our wedding. Francesco was not only a kind and gracious host, but also an incredible coordinator for all of the details necessary for a destination wedding. Our guests loved all of the activities before and after the wedding too (welcome dinner, homemade pizza party, on site gelato van, beautiful winery visit, bbq, breakfasts cooked by lovely Maria). We never imagined everything could be as perfect as it was, and it was a once in a lifetime experience to enjoy the unique forest setting in Tuscany with all of our friends and family (many who stayed in the other 2 houses on the property which can also be booked with Francesco). We loved our special week at La Selva, and would love to come back to experience it again.

Grazie per la bella settimana trascorsa! la casa rispetta le caratteristiche promesse, e l'aggiunta di una rampa, cortesemente predisposta per lei, ha facilitato l'accesso per la nonna disabile. La presenza e i consigli dei padroni di casa sono stati discreti ma continui, una bella risorsa. Bellissima anche la tenuta, disseminata di opere d'arte tutte da scoprire, che ha consentito passeggiate e merende all'aperto meravigliose. Simpatica sorpresa la spillatrice della birra, con il caldo una vera risorsa!
