Jättebra boende. Fanns allt man behövde. Stannade 10 veckor och kommer gärna tillbaka. Keya var mycket tillmötesgående när vi hade några små frågor.

Such an amazing place just 15 minutes outside of Stockholm. The views are spectacular and it's quiet and calm. It's a modern space with a fantastic location and views over a lake. Has every facility for longstays and it made our stay easy and enjoyable. Keya is very welcoming and everything worked perfectly during our visit. Truly a place we'd love to come back to.

Keya guest house is a small cottage that is part of the larger villa that they live in. The cottage has a very nice terrace with a view on the lake m. Perhaps that is the only thing that is worth staying at this place for. The house itself lacked any charm or coziness as it had very basic and random furniture that clearly didn’t belong there. We’ve stayed at so many other places in the archipelago that had way more to offer with better prices. The cottage also lacked good curtains and we were up at 4:30am due to the very strong light in the room coming from lack of curtains in certain areas - which Keya himself confirmed prior to us making the booking that the place did have curtains. We also struggled with the level of hospitality that was offered. Keya’s larger villa looks very nice and has direct access from the garden to the water. When asked if we do have access to the water, he rather asked us to go to the “stone area” out in the forest, to access the water because he said he didn’t feel happy having his guests pass by his garden (Which also renders some of the photos in the listing inaccurate as they create the misperception that the cottage has access to the water). We decided to cancel our one week stay after the first night due to inability to sleep, and Keya refused to offer us a refund because of the cancellation policy, having no consideration to our guest experience and all the trouble we’ve been through. Probably the worst Airbnb experience we’ve had since we started using Airbnb about 10 years ago. I recommend you look elsewhere in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago with more to offer.

Absolutely a stunning house with lake view. Keya is a very nice person and supported us a lot. I do recommend Keya’s place to everyone.
