Nikola's place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nikola and his family were very friendly. The place is well located, too, just a short walk to the lake and to restaurants and cafes. Once you figure it out it's pretty easy to get to and from if you travel outside the town. I recommend it highly.

Staying there was great! Room big enough for two. Nikola was really helpful, even arranged a taxi from airport to the apartments. He also recommended to us the best places and restaurants to visit. :)) He was really kind and nice, I definitely recommend!

Great place, very friendly and always helpful management and host. Beautiful place to walk by the lake, for as important because we was there with dog, and also near is "Biljanini izvori" great place for walking,very close to the center and old city, lots of restaurants near, parking place perfect. Thank you very much!!!

Nikola is an excellent host! he was very helpful in organising a taxi for me to and from the airport. the location is excellent, with the lake a 30 second walk away, and the old town 10 minutes walk, with a small supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby. My apartment was spotless and the bed was super comfy. there's a small basic kitchen downstairs which is suitable for making a tea/coffee, and a fridge in the apartment. Altogether an excellent stay!
