Above the garage you'll walk into a warm great room with 10' ceilings and a gas fireplace with a cozy dining area and clean well stocked kitchen perfect for longer term stays. Owner is an interior designer. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on different floors, providing some privacy for couples / guests, while still sharing space. All rooms have views of Park City Resort and Olympic Park Laptop friendly workspace desk Ideal for long-term stays with completely stocked kitchen full sized in unit washer and dryer. Please know portable AC units on each floor, window unit in main level bedroom and ceiling fan keep strong altitude sun from late afternoon heat though mornings may be chilly during peak Summer months. In winter, gas fireplace and central air keep cozy and warm Clubhouse has basic gym, outdoor and indoor hot tub (year round) indoor plunge pool (basic) and outdoor pool open memorial to Labor Day Views of Park City Resort (Canyons) and Olympic Park Ski Jumps with snow cats on mountain visible at night. Arryn's place worked well for a four week stay with a dog. The location is very convenient to tons of trails, all of which are off leash for dogs. There's also a good field next to the complex to walk your dog. She was very communicative and easy to work with. She shipped a remote garage door opener to me which I programmed making the garage a lot easier to use. Having the garage in the winter was great too. Plenty of room in it for storing skis, etc. There was an issue with the TV and she got someone over to fix is very quickly. This place could easily be five stars with a few updates. The living room blinds don't cover the entire windows, old kitchen appliances i.e. no ice maker.
We found the layout of the townhouse was great and spacious - and ideal for two couples or a couple with an older kid. The upstairs bedroom was perfect for privacy and for the person(s) who runs cold. The mid-level room was cooler and ideal for the person(s) who runs warm.
Very comfy, clean, and cozy getaway. Close proximity to all activities, stores, and restaurants. Great views around the listing. We even saw bald eagles and owls right outside our door!
My husband and I are familiar with Park City and chose Arryn's place based on her location and the fact that we would be staying for 2 months. Her place is stylish and well equipped for a long term stay and especially for a short stint. It's comfortable and has all the amenities that you would need to feel at home. The beds and baths were comfortable and Arryn provided lots of extras like toiletries and lots of towels and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and her appliances worked well. Thankfully she had air coolers + fans in the living room and bedrooms because it did warm up this summer quite a bit. The garage provided lots of storage for our golf bags, luggage and extras that we brought along. The complex is very quiet and safe and being able to park the car right in front of the entrance really made things easy. Arryn is extremely responsive if anything crops up (and we did have some issues which she addressed immediately). We can recommend!
Local:
1/2 mile to conservation land (Spring Creek trail head with a few parking spots there) and trails for hiking, biking, or snowshoeing. Watch for the Elk across the street at dusk!

5 minute drive to: Woodward Action Camp, Olympic Park and the USSA COE, which is why athletes and families often stay as guests.
The Park City Recreation Center (Basin Rec) has a pool, classes, track, gym, basketball, indoor soccer and is 1/2 mile away. The Redstone Shopping Plaza is walking distance (summer, it’s harder in winter with snowdrifts)
An end unit, the views From every window are of the mountains and the building backs up to acres of conservation land and trails. You won’t believe how quiet it is for the location! Close to Olympic Park, Whole Foods, The Canyons Base of Park City, Swanner Wildlife Preserve, and Woodward Adventure Camp.
