I stayed for several months in this flat. I can say that it is the ideal flat to start a time or period in Vienna. It is very well located, 10 minutes from the centre and with good metro and tram connections. The flat is very quiet and you can sleep well. The kitchen is enough to do your own cooking, the oven is useful, and on top of that you will have a small balcony for yourself. In fact, a balcony is a very rare thing to get in Vienna. So if you want fresh air, if you like to drink coffee outside or if you are a smoker it is perfect. Beatta and Johannes worked well when there was a need for communication and are quite understanding and friendly. The shower is a bit small and in summer it can get a bit hot, but both are things that can be overcome and the benefits are much greater. You will have plenty of independence and a good location. The neighbourhood is very nice and safe, with good options for eating and drinking. I can only recommend it.

Ich habe 3 Monate in der Wohnung gelebt und es war super für mich. Bei Kleinigkeiten genügte ein Anruf und alles wurde prommt erledigt. Die Lage ist toll , in der Nähe der Augarten gleich um die Ecke der Karmelitermarkt, in ca. 30 Min. beim Stefansdom , schöne Spaziergänge am Donaukanal....Wien ist eine wunderschöne Stadt ich komme sicher wieder und werde wieder gerne in det Schiffgasse 28 bei Frau Beata wohnen.

Stayed here when I first moved to Vienna, Beata and everyone else involved were amazing at helping me feel welcome to the building and the city. The apartment itself was fantastic, everything I needed and very close to the city center. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Die Dachwohnung hält, was die Fotos versprechen. Kleiner Balkon zum Draussensitzen, Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung, tolle Lage im 2. Bezirk und sehr ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof geht. Wenn man im Sommer dort wohnt, immer schön für Durchzug sorgen.

This charming little flat was perfect for my first three months working in Vienna. It is in a quiet area of Leopoldstadt adjacent to the vibrant Karmalitermarkt with great connections to central Vienna, public transit, and the beautiful parks of Augarten and Prater. The porch is lovely for relaxed weekend mornings, and the flat gets nice light throughout the day. Kitchen is well-equipped for daily cooking. Beata responded promptly to all my concerns and needs, and was a gracious host. Her team works hard to make the stay comfortable for tenants. Beata also works hard to make the AirBnB community vibrant in her building by hosting gatherings and parties for tenants.
