We had a wonderful time staying at this house, a very beautiful place with a wonderful garden, nice pool and relaxed atmosphere. We were a group of 8 people and a baby and had all the space and comfort we needed! We would love to come back again some day, thank you Roberta !!

absolutely beautiful villa with everything you could need and more. roberta was a perfect host. she even helped us book car hire in the town and gave us a ride - even at 6 in the morning when we were getting a train out of town. cannot recommend this place enough. the best airbnb we have ever been to. we will definitely be coming back. thank you so much roberta

Beautifully decorated villa in a park-like setting would be five stars on its on, but the true treasure of this spot is Roberta. She went above and beyond to help arrange transport when dealing with train and highway disruptions in the region and several times stepped in to pick up guests arriving at the train station. You definitely need a car, as the walk to town is about 35-40 minutes and no sidewalks, but there is plenty of parking at the villa and parking spots in town are is easily available. Fano is a small town, but there are a number of nice restaurants (and of course great gelato). You can also take the train up to Pesaro or Rimini for a bit more activity. Beach clubs don’t open til June. Bologna is an easy train ride away. Quiet, peaceful getaway. Would be great spot for a family trip or special event.
