We had a lovely stay at janets place. The house was super cozy and the garden quiet and full of sun. Martha, the housekeeper, was very helpful with wathever we needed. We would definitely come again, great experience.
The hostess kept in contact with us before, during and after being in her property, the place is great, perfect to rest and the attention is excellent. Highly recommended
All good! I do think you may have a budding mold problem, not surprising in this climate. But it is hardly noticeable if a window is open. The bolt on the front gate is a tad tricky but it works if you just fiddle with it for a while.
This cottage is so cozy and comfortable for us. Have a big front yard for our dog can play around. I’m happy to stay here. Janet’s very quick response host. I would recommend this place.
We stayed a month in Janet’s cabin, all in all it was a nice experience, although the furniture in the cabin is somewhat in not the best shape, don’t count with great connection if there are guests next door (the WiFi is shared with another cabin) and make sure to clarify how much wood is included, as the cabin is cold, especially in January. The garden on the other hand is lovely and it was absolutely great that the water in all faucets is drinkable. There are many nice natural spots only a short walk away, as well as downtown San Cristobal. Janet on the other hand always answered every message in a matter of minutes.
This is the best, greenest to town neighborhood in San Cristobal. We have a system of resident security patrol. The neighbors are all very friendly and always looking after each other. We blow whistles to notify others if something goes wrong and the response is 100%! The property after 35 years has never been broken into by thieves! Feel very secure!
