Giuliana was an amazing host. The place was easy to find and her assistant helped us to navigate around Pisa providing very helpful information. The b&b is very well located, clean but has no wash machine or dishwasher in case you want to rent it for longer periods. Also because the umidity and the warm weather we wake up full of moschito bites. It was a very nice place to stay for a short trip and I will advice to other people in the future.

Utmärkt läge, några kvarter från den centrala gågatan och mycket lugnt. Gott om restauranger i närheten och lätt att promenera till allt du vill besöka i Pisa. Reception bemannad några timmar per förmiddag av mycket trevlig och informativ personal. Lägenheten är rymlig och traditionellt inredd. Vetter mot gården och därmed väldigt lungt. Fin terass inåt gården att sitta på. Inte så personligt som när du bor i ett privat Airbnb - jag saknade att det inte fanns basvaror som salt och peppar, men det skaffade vi lätt så var inget stort problem! Sängen var ok, men inte mer. Tyvärr var det ganska lyhört från grannar och vattenledningarna. Men vi är nöjda och tycker att detta var ett bra ställe att bo på.

Great apartment with nice big balcony located near lots of nice restaurants and within walking distance of train station, airport and the few sites that Pisa has to offer.

Logement très bien situé, propre et calme! Giuliana est très disponible, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Idéal pour passer qques jours dans la belle ville de Pise !

Unfortunately the wifi was really unstable and didn’t work properly. A few pieces of furniture weren’t in the best condition, e.g. missing handles and a broken extractor hood. There weren’t any kitchen towels and no basis kitchen equipment like salt, pepper and oil, e.g. (other than in the description suggested). As other commented: there sometimes is a pretty strong smell of cesspool (or at least what I suspect to be cesspool) that seems to come from the sewage system of the city. The hosts are probably not necessarily directly responsible for that - the smell wavers to the whole street - but it is pretty disrupting. The check-in process however is nice and welcoming, including a map and a few suggestions for food and entertainment. A earlier checkout was no problem. I also really enjoyed the balcony - but, as other also have said, if you want to enjoy the place, bring mosquito spray, plenty!
