We loved the artistic touches in JoAnn's place. Always another interesting thing to notice. Although there were others staying there, it was very quiet and peaceful. JoAnn was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed meeting her. We also loved the backyard with the pond. And of course the cats were a delight, friendly and playful.

I had a great stay at JoAnn & Derek’s place. Such a warm & welcoming atmosphere. With the most beautiful yard & the kindest kitty friends. JoAnn & Derek were so kind and friendly and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend staying with them if you get the chance.

JoAnn was incredibly kind and accommodating. I had no problem finding the home and the room was nice and comfortable. She showed me around the house and made sure that I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again!

This is an amazing place to stay if you’re in the Lexington area, JoAnn is extremely kind and very lovely to be around. I would recommended staying here to anyone.
