Susan’s cottage was lovely. There was a lot of thought put into the cottage set up. Everything had a place and purpose. I will also say that the bed was incredibly comfortable and the floor to ceiling windows gave you a beautiful view of the woods. The robe provided was very much appreciated. I also enjoyed some visits from a sweet little black cat, observed many beautiful birds and crossing turkeys. I was grateful for such peaceful space to unwind Thank you!

We enjoyed another wonderful vacation week in Wellfleet. Susan's cottage is so beautiful and charming. We loved the location and the setting for the cottage within a lovely forest. It was so peaceful and pleasant. The trail from the parking area to the house is like a little nature trail. We have frequently stayed in places nearer to the ocean, but we liked being off the beaten path here, yet still very close to everything. We definitely want to stay here again and look forward to our next visit.

Susan’s cottage is a one of a kind, quirky, inviting, well-appointed and comfortable spot nestled in the middle of the woods, a different setting than we are used to at the cape. The only important thing to take stock of is that there is a steep staircase to the bedroom inside, and a bit of a stroll from your car to the cottage. That was okay with us, and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Also easy to get to all that Wellfleet and the cape offer.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much. We were close to family and our favorite Wellfleet activities. This was a lucky find for us! Susan was an excellent host and made our stay easy.
