We stayed at João’s house for a week of mgt meetings. Super nice house, spacious, quiet… A bit remote but as we mostly stayed in to work, perfect for us. Super clear communication from beginning to end.

João was quite responsive and organized with the airBNB process. He sent over a package of information before arrival, and had ample resources present in the house. The backyard space at the property is great with a full tennis court, a basketball court, a huge pool, and a field area so that you can play many sports. The property itself is private, quiet, and near a beautiful beach area via a 5 minute car ride. The house is appointed well to accomodate large groups of people, with ample dishes/ cooking supplies/ silverware/ seating areas/ furniture/ etc. Would recomend the property to any large group who is looking to have a beautiful private outdoor space, with a traditional portugese feel in terms of furnishings.
