Town Farm Cottage is one of seventeen holiday cottages at Town Farm, on the edge of the Chilterns. We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. All the cottages each have their own unique charm, and we also run a campsite during the summer months. This property has some of the best views from Town Farm, across to Ivinghoe Beacon. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom). The front door opens on to a small entry hallway, with access to the ground floor WC and utility room. The hallway leads into the kitchen which is newly refitted and equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a large dining table which seats six. The kitchen leads on to the living room , which has two sofas and a flat screen TV. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Each bedroom has a freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bathroom includes an over-bath power shower. Parking for two cars is available at the side of the property. Up to two pets are welcome in the property, please let us know on booking. Wi-fi is included in the rental. Linen & towels are provided from the onset and fresh linen (but not towels) is provided on a fortnightly basis. The cottage is centrally heated by oil. Guests also enjoy access to a shared tennis court, basic games room and a children’s play area on the farm. Check in is after 3pm and visitors are able to self check-in to cottages, using instructions provided in welcome email which will be sent prior to arrival.
