Fabio was a great communicator, met us on our arrival. The villa was clean and tidy. Beds comfortable and the linen clean and lots of it. We also had a kettle for tea and coffee and a small fridge. The villa was a short walk above a number of restaurant and bars and immediately below the duomo. Getting to the villa was a bit harder than we expected as we had heavy bags and it was on the side of the hill, a steep walk down and back up. But other than that we liked it. Jodie

This B&B is in a very quaint location up on the hill and close [7-10 min walk] to the main stretch of shops and restaurants. It is clean and the A/C works GREAT. If you are looking for a simple, clean, comfortable place to stay economically, this is a good option. I would stay here again.
