The neighborhood is lively and surrounded by small shops (grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.) and restaurants (sushi, Thai, French bistro, Italian cuisine, etc.). A Franprix supermarket completely renovated in July 2017 is available within a 5-minute walk at the end of Rue Chance Milly. We highly recommend to stop by the famous "Clem & Gwen" pastry shop as well as getting dinner at the "La Romantica" italian restaurant and "Posto 9" bresilian restaurant.
The Marcel Bich park is located just in front of the residence. The Place des Martyrs and Salengro Park are only about 10 to 15 minutes' walk away.
The So-Ouest shopping center of Levallois-Perret is accessible on foot in 20 min. In addition to its many major brands (Lego, H & M, Hollister, etc.), the shopping center is surrounded by restaurants (Fratelini Café, Persillé, Ker Soazig, HD Diner), fast food (Chipotle, Mac Donald's, Starbucks Café, Bagelstein, Etc.) and a Gaumont Pathé cinema which offers weekly the latest releases of French films and Hollywood blockbusters in original version with subtitles.
Martin Luther King Park and the Batignolles neighborhood are 15 to 20 minutes' walk away. The neighborhoods of Place de Clichy, Pigalle, Moulin Rouge, Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur are located between 30 and 45 minutes of fast walk. Buses take you there in less than 20 minutes.

The nearest metro station, Porte de Clichy, is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. This station is on Line 13 and RER C. Line 13 crosses the West of Paris from North to South. It marks the stops at the stations of Saint Lazare, the Champs-Elysées, the Invalides or the Montparnasse TGV train station when it goes to the South. In the North direction, line 13 brings you to the outskirts of the famous Stade de France (mainly used for football matches as well as major concerts and sports events) in Saint-Denis.
RER C takes you to the Porte Maillot stops, the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower, the Alma Bridge (where Lady Diana died 20 years ago in her car accident), the Invalides, the Orsay Museum, Saint-Michel (Latin Quarter) and the Austerlitz train station. The Clichy-Levallois train station is located less than 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. The trains that stop there can bring you to Saint Lazare in less than 7 minutes or to the business area of La Défense within 20 minutes.
The city of Clichy is also crossed by many buses lines:

- Bus 66: (Porte Pouchet, Batignolles square, Town Hall of the 17th district, Saint Lazare, Galeries Lafayette Shopping Mall, Le Printemps Shopping Mall, The Garnier Opera)
- Bus 74 (Place de Clichy, Pigalle, the Stock Exchange, Les Halles, Châtelet, Paris City Hall)
- Bus 174: (Saint-Ouen, Clichy, Levallois, Neuilly-sur-Seine, La Défense)
- Bus 274: (Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen, Clichy, Levallois).
