We had a wonderful stay at Catherine’s place. Great locale, easy access, super friendly hosting. Our only wish was that we had planned to stay for longer! Would recommend.

Perfect spot! Came into watch golf and had the perfect experience! Beds were very comfortable even in the smaller room. Neighborhood is so walkable and fun. Wish I had more time!

We had a good stay here for Derby, the house was charming with lots of character. We had a little bit of trouble at check-in with the electronic lock, but the host was able to fix it quickly and was very gracious about the issue. I definitely felt compared to other options in the city for Derby, this was very reasonably priced for five people to stay for 4 to 5 days. We had a good time and enjoyed the workability of of the neighborhood and the close proximity to several restaurants and a great coffee shop.

Our family enjoyed staying at Catherine’s place. The house was spacious and charming. The area was walkable, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within 5-10 mins walk. It was also close to Kroger grocery and short drive to all places of interest. Street parking was plenty and the area was safe. Catherine had great communication! Overall, we would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stat in Louisville!
