What a gorgeous place! Privacy, quiet, views, comfortable furniture, great fireplace, huge deck with tables and chairs. Very nice clean hot tub. Dog friendly!

Positives: Pat’s is an amazing location if you are looking to hike in rmnp and/or visit Estes park. It is also a 2-3 min walk to lake Estes (which has beautiful views and a nice paved walking path). Plenty of room for 4 people. Hot tub worked great. Washer and dryer both worked great. Water pressure and temp are solid. Very quiet street. Antonio’s pizza nearby is solid. Minor criticisms: There was no sponge to wash dishes and only 1 kitchen garbage bag. FYI for pawrents: While our dog LOVED the yard, there were elk who walked through the yard on occasion (which was awesome). So keep an eye on your pooch if you let them out in the yard.

Beautiful place, great for a family vacation. The proximity to the lake was wonderful! The house was very comfortable with all necessities included.
