Hey Folks. Let me say first that if you request a stay, and you don't tell me something about who you are and why you are coming to Tallahassee, something that assures me that you are a legitimate guest, and not someone trying to pull something over on me (I am afraid this happens WAY more than ABnB will acknowledge), that I will likely deny the request out of hand. I HATE doing that, so PLEASE, when you make the request, CHAT ME UP! I'm a Musician/Poet/Artist. (BUT I DON'T DRINK OR DO DRUGS!!! :) I have a national touring schedule. My name is Grant Peeples. You can (Website hidden by Airbnb) after my name and get to my website if you are interested in my work I built and owned a small hotel on Little Corn Island, Nicaragua. Was there from 1995 to 2006. I speak Spanish. I know how to use a machete. I can grow stuff and catch fish! I call myself a LeftNeck. I'm an activitst.. A Buddhist. A leftist. But I love to watch the NFL. And fish. I travel around the country in a Honda Fit, packed with my PA, instruments and gear. My Motto is a question: "What am I supposed to be doing?" THIS IS NOT AN AIRBNB RENTAL. This is my HOME. Living here in this little house inspires me. It's where I live and work. Most of the dates that are available for booking are dates when I am on the road. Sometimes I stay with my girlfriend when my home is rented. Sometimes I go to my family beach house. I've written hundreds of songs and poems here. My mythology is on the walls, the iconography of my life. Art and poetry is everywhere. (There are nudes, nothing vulgar but I’ve had people be put off by them) You can pick veggies from my garden. Get eggs from my chickens. I've got REAL FAST internet and a lot of channels on the tv. It’s a house for one of two people. You CAN have somebody sleep on the couch but… I really don’t like that. It's a really cool little neighborhood. Diverse. Lots of young people and dog walkers. You can walk to restaurants and the grocery store. If you a runner, you’ll love it (If you don’t mind hills.)
