Do not book this property. The owner mentioned a day before our arrival that the a/c was having issues but would be handled, he never wrote back after I asked what the issue was and if we should cancel. My wife and I both work in emergency rooms so our time off is scarce. We needed this little trip. Right off the bat on arrival the a/c was not working and broke down again the following day luckily the property manager was helpful. The a/c was repaired but it was still hot even in the evening. The place is run down needed patch work and paint in several areas the couches had stains. Found cockroaches in the upstairs bedrooms. There were no beach chairs or even umbrellas in the property so we had to go out and buy stuff for the kids. So again, my advice rent somewhere else. I wouldn’t stay here for free.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at Michael’s place. It is a good location however we had poor communication with him For one. We did not receive check in instructions and when we arrived at 11 PM we had no way of getting in. I had to call him for five times to get him to answer to give us a code. When I told him we had to leave because the air conditioner was not fixed he never apologized for the inconvenience. The floors and couches did not look very clean and inviting and the air conditioning did not work properly causing us to have to leave. It was 80° in the house.We were unable per their rules to open The curtains or blinds the entire trip. I think they are Way over charging. My mom and I have an Airbnb in West Palm Beach So I am aware of how being a good host works and charging a reasonable price for what you have to offer. I would not return to his condo.

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Close to several excellent restaurants, most will deliver. The beach is absolutely beautiful!
