完美的住所，开阔的空间，绝对不止图片上看起来那样，我感觉至少有七十平方，在这几乎可以找到所有需要的东西，甚至连卷发棒都有真的很惊喜，但除了体重秤，另外洗发水和沐浴露给的太少，吹风机似乎也有些问题，不过总体来说已经相当完美，小问题很容易解决，我很喜欢这里，从阳台向外看风景超美，并且白天不关窗也不会有小虫子，这边天气凉爽，几乎不会用到空调，我想以后会经常来度假的，下次想体验不同的房间
I would say this is good for a short term stay. I rented a motorbike nearby to get around. Place was clean and host was responsive. Nice view on balcony. I would recommend it. Only unclear thing was I had no idea where to put the trash. The bath tub is also a bit awkward and water spills, but not much they can do about that.

As described, awesome view from the appartement in a great location and family oriented, far from the noise.
Despite having many excellent qualities, I would rate my overall stay so-so because it lacked few things I think is super vital for hosting airbnb personally. What’s excellent: checkin, response time, shower temperature, view, air conditioner, bed and pillow comfort, washer, kitchen What can be improved: 1. cleanliness of the towels provided, they are super worn out and have stains, kinda disgusting; 2. the sofa bed is not comfortable enough to sleep in, I especially booked this place so we can sleep in separate bed, but that didn’t work out; 3. no slippers were provided, which probably contributed to the dirtiness of the rugs. The things I mentioned can be easily improved and probably be dealt with by requests but I think it should come in by default.

We settled down in Thailand back in 2010. As we have 2 sons, Phuket with its highly developed residential infrastructure, turned to be a perfect place for them to get the initial international education and happy colorful childhood. We truly love Phuket, Thailand, Thai people and their culture ,and of course Thai cuisine. It's a great place for people like us, who love travelling and exploring the world. We take our hosting business seriously. As we manage not only our apartment, but also some, that belong to our friends, who cannot afford staying in Thailand all the time. That's why we are always eager to go the extra mile to make sure our guests are not only satisfied, but happy with our service. Both me and my husband work in construction / real-estate field. That's why we know the island inside out and are always eager to share our knowledge with our guests. Whether it's a local seafood market, an inexpensive shopping center or a mobile phone repair shop - we are always happy to share our knowledge and send the location if needed. We are quite easy going, or at least we seem to be easy going to ourselves :D . And we are always online and responsive, so if you need our help or advice just drop us a message via any popular mobile live chat, as we use most of them, either in English, Thai or Russian as we speak all three languages fluently.
