It was a great place to stay for more than 3 months. Edwin has been very responsive and helpful when we needed it. Beautiful apartment and good location next to the subway. The only little issue was that we had to share the washing machine and that sometimes the laundry was not perfectly clean, but the machine had been changed just before we moved out. Otherwise everything was perfect. I strongly recommend it.

Edwin was a super helpful and friendly host which was great for an extended stay with kids. The only issue I had was that the laundry was on the lowest floor (I mistakenly thought the laundry unit was in the apartment). Because I'm pregnant, it was really difficult to go up and down so ended up primarily going to a laundromat during our stay. Other than that, the apartment is a great fit for families with kids if you're staying in the area.

I cannot recommend Edwin's place highly enough. My girlfriend and I stayed for work for about 8 weeks this summer and found that the apartment was everything we needed and more. The Damen Pink Line stop is literally around the corner with a small coffee shop located inside (highly recommend). There are also great restaurants within walking distance and a nice park a block North. The park has street food vendors that offer great treats every day as well. We had no issues finding parking on the street, a street a block over, or in the alley. The street was quiet and we went on runs/walks in the area daily. Edwin responded to our questions quickly and took care of anything we needed for the duration of our stay. I would most definitely stay here again and would recommend you do as well!
