This is our second time staying with Pam at her place and just like the first stay we loved it. Pam is very responsive if anything is needed or if you just had a question. When we come stay at Pam’s place it feels just like home. We love everything about the location the neighbors and the ability to get from here to there without getting lost. Pam is an amazing host as well. We will most definitely be staying here again. Pam has became a wonderful friend to have and to chat with. Thank you Pam for being you. Love ya girl.

We enjoyed our two week stay. The beach is a 17 minute walk. We are bike riders too. You can walk in or ride into Jetty Park free of charge to watch the cruise ships come and go, Space X launches and go to the beach. That was our favorite thing to do while in Cape Canaveral. We enjoyed Atlantic Seafood restaurant there on the canal as well. The house was well stocked and well located close to everything. Our favorite thing about the house was the upstairs room. I felt like I was on my Honeymoon again with the beautiful decor and the the fountain. All the details of the house added up to a great experience. People who complain about the noisy neighbors need to bring earplugs and they will be alright. The family next door are super friendly. We didn’t have a problem. No one’s was living in the unit on the other side of us. The ambience was unsurpassed! We loved the back yard with all its perks.

Two words: thin walls. We stayed for a month and loved the place, but the walls are the thinnest of any Airbnb we ever stayed in. We could always hear the neighbors next door talk (and often understand what they were saying) or watch TV. The first few nights, when the parent were away, the noise went on until 4 am, with loud movies and frequent loud cursing. It got a bit better when the parents came back, with a quiet period from midnight to 6 am. Some days were a bit better and quiet enough to sleep uninterrupted past 6 am, but they were the exception. Other days, there was loud hammering and other work noises from the front until 11 pm, when the neighbor prepared work for the next day. While the town home itself is very charming and spacious, the near-constant noise really made us look forward to leaving.

We had such a nice stay. The house is spacious and homey, as advertised. Pam & Johnnie are fabulous hosts - they bought some baking supplies that I would need, and always responded within an hour if I had a question. The nightly & cleaning fees are very reasonable. The location is great, since everything is on A1A. **Best part: we saw a SpaceX launch of Starlink from the back yard. Always check SpaceX website to see if there will be a launch. Elon is pretty active! The neighbor is nice, and has a large dog that looks a little aggressive, but once you are introduced to her, she is very sweet. Thanks, Pam & Johnnie - 5 stars!
