Me and my husband stayed at the Airbnb for 2 nights and we had a great time here. Sara was very helpful and kind. The place is creatively decorated and has beautiful surroundings with the lake right in front. It is equipped with all essentials and makes up for a comfortable stay. There is a private theatre in one of the bedrooms where you can enjoy movies while relaxing on the recling chairs. You would need a car to drive around and to get to nearby restaurants. There are also some good trails not too far from the Airbnb. In all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you for being such a great and accommodating host! Your house and entire property are picturesquely perfect! We loved being so close to nature — the lake was fantastic, both day and night. Thank you again for the fire starting materials, we really enjoyed having a starry-skied fire by the water. The layout of the basement apartment was really, really cool. You provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including Skittles by the front door and popcorn for the movies!

Was looking for a peaceful and quiet extended weekend getaway and Sara and Michael' rental fit the bill. The apartment packs much functionality and is playfully decorated with interesting pieces of art, books, and chalk-art statements everywhere. Both Hosts were attentive and responsive as needed. Weather and time of year precluded enjoying use of Lake Shickshinny so plan accordingly if you're looking to do more outdoors.
