Wonderful place to stay and explore the city. Top location, easy access, lovely apartment, and a great house. Must stay if you are visiting Pescara.

Enrico's apartment is spacious and clean with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning etc. Its on the ground floor and the beach is at the end of the road. Its a short walk to the central hub of the town with many restaurants and bars. Enrico's parents were very friendly and helpful and kindly picked us up at the airport too. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Tutto perfetto, appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato dotato di tutto ciò che può servire. Posizione ottima sia alla spiaggia che alle zone più frequentate/centrali che sono tutte raggiungibili a piedi. Impagabile il posto auto interno. Enrico è veramente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Pros Enrico is a delightful host, he lives nearby and nothing is too much trouble. Ask him for any tips on eating, beaches et cetera. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and staples like oil,salt vinegar etc were in the cupboards as well as coffee pods for the machine and some breakfast condiments and breads. The apartment is perfectly located, spacious,comfortable clean and just perfect for a couple. It’s so close to the seafront but very quiet and peaceful. Good air con and WiFi. Just around the corner from Bar Napoli, the best freshly made ice cream and G n T’s in town, it’s always crowded with friendly locals and a great place to finish your evening. There is no outside area or balcony as such but on the ground floor which is a plus. It is secure with locked gate. Very good value for money. Highly recommend
