生活设施一应俱全，所在位置交通很方便，房东回应也是很快，很热情，性价比较高。

We had a wonderful stay at Karl-Christer's place in snowy Stockholm over the New Year. The apartment was easy to find, about 10 minutes was from Helenelund Station (probably quicker without snow... note that as well as the steep stairs by the station, you can also walk round the block if you have luggage). The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures - spacious, well-equipped, warm, cosy, and comfortable. The neighbourhood is pretty and quiet, but there's a good supermarket and other shops nearby and Helenelund commuter rail station has a frequent, reliable service into Stockholm City (as well as an excellent direct link to Arlanda airport). Whilst you're not in the city centre, it is only 20 minutes away and we really enjoyed being in a calm, ordinary neighbourhood - it felt like a more authentic experience of life in Sweden! Karl-Christer was a helpful host, and we would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for providing such a lovely base our visit!

This property was lovely and warm when we checked in and stayed that way even when the temperature dropped to -9! Very close to the train, shops and take always.
