Casa Carmen is as described and a great value for the Loreto Bay development zone. The concierge was great, the area is quiet, and offers easy access to a nice beach with great snorkeling (although the best beaches are north and south of Nopolo). I really wish the maps Loreto Bay provided were of high enough resolution to actually make out the numbers of the different buildings, as this would make locating the rental using said map substantially easier. It would also be nice if there was less lighting at night--there's a lot of light pollution. My final beef with Loreto Bay is that the amenities located within the development are highly over-priced, and of inferior quality, compared to those in Loreto proper, forcing anyone with a discerning pallet and an aversion to getting priced gouged to make additional forays into Loreto to shop and dine.

Place was well equipped and great location, had no hot water for 2 days and no tv the whole visit.
