We absolutely loved our stay at Curtis's beautiful home. He went above & beyond with making us feel welcome. It was the perfect getaway - stunning ocean views from the hot tub - we could hear the sea lions! We were able to take his private trail down to the ocean and hang out on the private beach. It was such a cozy home, very comfortable bed, free netflix & amazon prime, pancake mix provided and chocolates! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You can tell Curtis takes such pride in his home and lush surroundings. We can't wait to stay there again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality Curtis! It was so great to meet you too!

We loved this airbnb! It was a perfect base to see the Redwoods. The apartment had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, and the outside is beautiful. We made good use of the hot tub, sauna, deck, and beachfront. Curtis was easy to communicate with, and he provided detailed instructions about the various amenities.

Curtis’ place is cozy & quaint. Tight quarters but with a lot of character! We spent most of our days out hiking and enjoying the outdoor oasis Curtis’ place offered (so we didn’t need a lot of indoor space). Ocean sunsets from the hot tub were simply unbeatable! More of a remote spot, which we always prefer, but close enough to good eats & hiking. The extra touches of fresh fruit in the fridge, wine, and some snacks made it an extra homey stay. It may be worth noting that the bed is a tad high but there is a stool for those who need help up! We were fortunate enough to meet Curtis and chat with him a couple of times during our stay. He knows lots about the area but if you don’t cross paths, he’s left oodles of info in the airbnb for you to reference. Highly recommend dinner at Larrupin just 5-10mins up the road :) Thanks Curtis! - Fellow Ohioans Samantha & Jay

Curtis is a great host! His place is the perfect location for the Redwood National amd State Parks. The hot tub is a must for a soak after hiking all day, also had a great view (my favorite thing was being able to hear the sea lions barking)! Trail to the beach is definitely "at your own risk" but so worth it!! My only complaint would be not enough storage space for luggage and clothes for a 5 night stay but we made it work.

Enchanting cozy place nestled into lush greenery above the ocean. Very quiet, peaceful, beautiful views. Really enjoyed all the artwork and other little touches both inside and out. The hot tub overlooking the ocean with outdoor shower and sauna was particularly nice. Well outfitted kitchen and bath. Would have liked to have stayed longer.
