The house is 77 m2 with two bedrooms and a kitchen. The standard is old but charming with modern appliances. It lies separately and it is very quiet in wonderful Swedish nature with very fresh, clean and healthy air. There are a dishwasher, microwave oven and an old small electric stove, a fridge, a freezer, shower and a TV. The heating is electrical with radiators and a heating pump/air conditioner. 1200 m to a grocery, 800 m to a lake, 5 km to another lake with a small beach. Polluting factories or cars are far away and this makes the air very fresh and clean. The landscape varies a lot. There are big forests with different kinds of trees, fields, hills, small mountains, a lake, a tiny river and the atmosphere is very very quiet.

Superfin liten stuga på bra lugnt läge och fin trädgård och natur runt omkring. Vi kom sent på kvällen men Ingemar anpassade sig efter detta. Skulle rekommendera att bo här för lite lugn och ro.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig ist aber sehr alt.
My girlfriend and I had a really nice stays at Ingemars house. He was quick to respond if we had any questions, and the nature was amazing. I can recommend this place

"Bus" to and from Mjölby is available according to a special time table but you have to book by telephone at least two hours in advance .

My name is Ingemar Schütz and I am Swedish. I am 62 years old and work as a teacher at an upper secondary school in Linköping, Sweden. Beside being a headmaster for 6,5 years I have been teaching almost my entire life. In my spare time I enjoy being in the countryside doing some forestry work or fixing with my house. I also like to play Bridge and Chess in my spare time. I do not smoke and hardly drink any alcohol. My favorite book/film is Wuthering Heights and Macbeth. I listen to all kinds of music but am not a big fan of jazz. As a guest I am very adaptable and respect my host of course. I try to be nice and quiet and understand what it is like to be a host.
