Nice place to stay at nice location and quiet

Great neighborhood and convenient place. Fiona even went out of her way to provide us a desk to work on during our stay! Much appreciated.

We saw the pictures and booked the room for a month. Once checked in, we found that the place was quite unhygienic. They hadn’t even changed the sheets after the previous guest checked out as it was filled with dust and was also wet. The tiny bathroom was stinking as it was shared with 2 other people. The kitchen lacked the amenities they mentioned. We talked to FIONA to change our reservation as we were not comfortable at this place. She refused our request. So we contacted AirBnB as we wanted to check out early. Us contacting AirBnB made the host very angry. She came and pounded at our door with her husband and screamed at us to check out in an hour even though our modified checkout arranged by AirBnB was the next day. She screamed at us saying she do T care what AirBnB. She kept pounding on our door at the last 15 minutes until we moved out and also threw our luggages out. She also yelled that ‘this is not your third world country, this is Canada’. We have videos of the whole thing

Fiona is a great host. She is very quick to communicate and is very helpful and respects privacy too. I had a good stay at her place.
