Great place to stay with multiple families. Very spacious with multiple areas for privacy if you want to get away from the group. House is cozy. Pool area is beautiful but not a lot of yard space. Lots is seating areas! I suggested a slip resistant runner for the patio by the pool as it’s VERY slippery. Tricia is very responsive but has many rules that you should review before booking, one being that quiet hours by the pool start at 10 pm. Adding guests increased the price per night as well. All in all we had a great time at the house, 4 families with 5 - 16 year old boys! 13 of us and we never felt crowded. Lots of things to do in the area as well! Great location!!

The pictures did no justice to the actual home once me and my family arrived we were all amazed we was like this is a mini mansion we loved everything about this home the listing was exactly what they say there were. It we have more amenities Han expected if your lookin for a nice big roomy home away from home for a family of 14 or less this is definitely the house to get the host was very on time with any questions that we had thanks again Tricia
