Great place to stay with friends or family! Has everything you need to feel at home as well as beautiful ocean views and beaches. Close to great restaurants, adult and family entertainment! Only 10 minutes from Destin and the Harbor. Lots of cute little shops in downtown Ft Walton too!!

The condo was nice and clean and located on the beach. It could use some updating. The management company is another story. Our first night there we had an awkward and scary experience. Three men were standing outside our 2nd story balcony staring and would not leave. I called the management company to ask if they had onsite security which they do not. I then told the three men if they did not leave I was going to call 911. I was surprised the condo did not have any security on site. We then left an ipad in the condo when we left and it took me 4 phone calls for them to return it to me although they told me they did have the ipad on the first call. The communication with the management company was horrible but do not let that take away from the stay. Hopefully you will not have to deal with the management company.

This was a great place to stay and my family really enjoyed the condo and we will definitely be back. It was very spacious for my family of 5 and had a great view of the beach. The pool and pool deck was great, the room was mostly clean with only a few minor issues such as dirty dishes, or at least not fully cleaned dishes in the cabinets, and dirt in the fridge and freezer. The Tv in the living room is going out and half the screen stays black for about 20 minutes before clearing up. The living room sliding door lock is broken and doesn’t work so you have to use a wood bar. A few other minor repairs are needed in the bathroom as well. The check in is firm at 4pm. We arrived early, around 12 and was told we could enjoy all amenities until our room was ready but when we tried to use an available set of chairs on the beach the attendant told us we could not use them on our first day and we were kicked off. Overall we did have a great stay, we could walk to the pier and could see a shark swimming below, and we could see dolphins playing from our balcony. We will return.
