Shar responded immediately when I arrived slightly early and was allowed to check in a bit ahead of time. The place was lovely. The added benefit there being a few extra snack things was a huge hit for my kids. Lovely home. Beautiful. Murphy bed was plenty comfy for me. Had a great time there with my kids. Will be staying here again!

Shar’s place is by far the best place to stay in Henderson. It is a beautiful restored and historical house that makes you feel like you have stepped back in time to a more luxurious and thoughtful past. Shar is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. What a beautiful home, and wonderfully decorated. You can tell a lot of work and care went into making this a place you want to stay at. We felt very much at home, everything was just so nice, and very clean. It was quiet and a great place to come back to after seeing the Sand Hill cranes in Gibbon and relax. Loved the clawfoot tub upstairs, and just overall the large bedroom and bathroom suite upstairs. Would definitely like to return someday.

Excellent house for a quick overnight stay during a family road trip. The main level Murphy bed was awesome! Friendly and helpful host. And this is a beautifully maintained house in general.
