We booked Sandi's place for a get together with my inlaws who live in upstate NY and we are from CT. The location was perfect for our needs and the setting is quite lovely and overlooking a lake. The house is beautiful! Very bright and plenty of room! The layout is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. Comfortable sitting areas and beds were comfortable as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again if we were considering another visit to that area.

We had an amazing time at Sandi's place. It was well maintained and warm throughout the house. It was quiet and spacious for three families and we had a wonderful time. Sandi was responsive and also kind enough to accommodate a late checkout for our group. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again. Thank you, Sandi!

We had a fantastic time at Sandi’s place. It was simply perfect for our family holiday reunion - plenty of space for everyone to spread out, well-stocked with essentials, close proximity to stores and restaurants in Chatham. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The only disappointment was the lack of snow. While preferable for travel, that hill adjacent to the house would have been the bomb for sledding! I can't say enough good things about Sandi! She was extremely responsive whenever we had a question, and was especially helpful when we had a problem with one of our cars. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!
