Super nice place to stay. Lots of space, and very responsive host. Bedrooms were spacious and living room was very comfortable. Kitchen had all utensils. Very easy to check in. The bathrooms were very clean. Very safe location. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was gross from the moment we walked in! Smelled like a dumpster upon walking in and entire trip, inside was dirty even though we couldnt check in until after 4. Cleaning ladies were rude after we waited an hour for them to arrive, to mop the sticky floors and clean the counters, and didnt speak English. The Tv in the master didnt work and the rug felt disgusting walking across with all the dried spills, you can tell it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. The furniture is stained and the outside furniture hasnt been cleaned in a while. They gave us a room freshener to try to mask the smell but it didnt work so we had to endure the nasty smell the whole 5 days of being there. They also only give 1 roll of toilet paper whether staying 1 day or 5. Worst rental experience we ever had and all we got was, "sorry" from the rental place. With so many issues they should have at least offered some kind of discount. Wouldn't recommend and will never book there again.

The property management company was great, the location was great, the beach was beautiful, and the overall property was maintained. The owner of the condo needs to work on their unit. The faucets weren't in place and moved around; they are missing bathtub pieces. The washer has fungus growing since it's a front loader. The door needs an extra lock from the inside as it doesn't shut well. The lights flickered often. However, we were there on the 4th of July, so that could have been the issue. It's a great condo for future guests, and as I mentioned, the property management company wasn't the issue. You need to know that you get two chairs & umbrella with your stay, BUT -- if you want a front row, you either need to get down there at 7:30 am or pay the $15 to reserve your spot. If you need more than one set of chairs/umbrella, you can pay for extra as well. The resort doesn't own the chair/umbrella company. Our family had a wonderful time and would stay again!

The place was cleaned ok however you can’t cover up stained, dirty carpets and furniture. Dishwasher bottom rack broken. Dryer smelled of urine. Couldn’t use. All rugs were old, filthy. Place was musty. I felt dirty the entire time. Quick response to 3 tvs not functioning. Beautiful view. Didn’t get a fair deal. Maid showed up before 10am check out. Felt rushed.
