Velmi dobře nafocené. Apartman je v prostřením patře , malá terasa. Veškerý nábytek je low cost. Na wc byl pouze zbytek toaletního papiru a velmi nekvalitního. Žádné mydlo. V kuchyni žádna tableta do myčky.
Alcabaza Lagoon was a great location, lagoon really great and lots to do. Collecting the keys is a bit of a faff and a key box at apartment would be so much better. Apartment was as described, great view and really comfortable clean beds. Underground car park. Members bands for lagoon & use of pool. The apartment could of been a bit better equipped, no baking trays, mugs, one tea towel & no folder with local resort info. Air con on a timer. But in general ok, we have just been spoilt with previous rentals. When in resort the agents answered all questions immediately which was great. We would stay there again.
Alcazaba lagoon er et fantastisk sted med gode spisesteder i eksotiske omgivelser. Leiligheten fremstår som romslig og godt egnet for formålet. Nydelig utsikt og alle fasiliteter. Eneste minus er at nøkkel må hentes i en annen by, beliggende noen kilometer etter feriestedet om man kommer fra flyplassen, og må leveres samme sted innen kl 10 avreisedagen. bruker man taxi kommer dette på nærmere 100E i tillegg...
The apartment, the surrounding housing estate, pools, and the lagoon absolutely beautiful. Kind of in the middle of nowhere (you'll need a car or can taxi it), but we liked that even more because it was quiet and had lovely views. The problem - and it was a biggy - was the agency and anything to do with them. First off, after a very very long drive from Madrid, of course you have to go somewhere else and pick up the keys from a lockbox, so add on an extra half an hour to your trip to get there and back. Once in the apartment, it's sweltering hot and the AC doesn't appear to be working, the screen blinking whenever you tap anything and the temperature not moving down at all. After calling the "emergencies only" number, it turns out you have to press the temperature adjustment button with something sharp on a certain point with enough pressure that it nearly breaks. Second issue - no bracelets or cards or anything to access the lagoon anywhere to be found. Call the emergency number, the lady was very nice but surprised and rang her boss and something to do with there hadn't been time to get the bracelets but they spoke to some guy at the restaurant and he'll sort us out the next day because sure the lagoon was about to close at seven (no it wasn't, it was open until 20.30). Not pleased with the lack of organization, we at least think we can head to the pool. But you need a code to get in, and we haven't been given a code. Head back and ring the emergency number, no answer. Try several combinations. Check the reams of absolutely useless information you've been given, randomly in French, some Spanish and sometimes English - some of the info will have been sent by direct email, some through Airbnb messages, some is in the "emergency manual" in the apartment, some is in the private Zapholiday intranet, and some is on the actual listing page in Airbnb (like the wifi code). No code for the gate to the pool. Luckily after our 50th try, a kindly neighbour helped us out and told us the code. The next day we go to the lagoon and of course, they don't know anything about any phone calls from the agency. After about an hour of back and forth with the very helpful staff (we didn't bother calling the emergency number again on a Sunday) they give us a temporary bracelet as they understand the situation, but say we'll have to call the agency and clear it up on the Monday. When the lifeguard changes shift in the middle of the day, the new guy doesn't know anything about our situation and tries to kick us out, leaving to more explanations and us feeling very very uncomfortable. We call the agency on Monday and their explanation is that the guy they normally talk to in the restaurant wasn't there for some reason and isn't picking up his phone and that it's actually the owners' responsibility to pick up the bracelets for access to the lagoon. To top it all off, as we're leaving the next day and set off from the apartment at ten on the dot to drop off the keys (as I had previously checked and corroborated in writing that we had to be out of the apartment at ten, not at the agency fifteen minutes away at ten) and on to our next holiday destination, only to get an annoying call insisting they can't find the keys. They are, of course, in the lockbox. We heartily do NOT recommend this company or this apartment - there are plenty of other nice holiday lets in the same complex with different agencies or owners. As property owners here in Spain we can tell you that without the bracelets you do NOT have access to the lagoon normally, no matter how much you've paid to rent there. The agency needs to get its act together - Try a one page pdf with wifi info, access codes, opening times for the pools and the lagoon, hints about the property (the AC for example), sent ahead of time and also a copy left on the table in the actual property. No advertising a property with access to the lagoon if there is something dodgy going on and you haven't even checked if they can access the lagoon. No negative warnings and condescending language across all your materials warning of the perils if the renter doesn't pay X extra cost (bedding for example) or follow sixteen thousand different rules or leave the apartment sparklingly clean despite having paid 70 quid extra for cleaning.
Thank you Zapholiday for allowing my family to stay at your amazing property. Check-in was seamless we collected the keys from the office in Duquesa Marina. The property is immaculate and has a shared pool and jacuzzi on site. The parking is in a secure garage underneath and the spaces are extra wide. The highlight is obviously the lagoon with its water sports, swimming areas, wood fired hot tubs and saunas. My children (and us adults) absolutely loved it there! They could hire whatever equipment they wanted, there was never a queue and the lifeguards were amazing. There is an exclusive beach area for owners and tenants of the resort which has a separate jetty with the kayaks, paddle boards etc than the day guests of the restaurant. The restaurant/lagoon bar is expensive for what it is but you can take your own food and drink with you. You cannot walk from the property to go out for dinner at night as the entrance road is very long (about a 7 minute drive) but the local taxis and UBERs were very quick and cost around €20 to Estepona port and the old town.
