Spacious double room on the first floor with private bathroom and the possibility of a third bed as well as a baby cot on request. Spacious double room, with possibility of adding a third bed, en-suite bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels. It is furnished in contemporary style and is located on the first floor of the main building, with view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. Equipment: heating with individually controlled thermostat, individually controlled air conditioning, free WIFI, desk and TV.

The area in which the B&B is located is peripheral but very quiet and very close to the city centre (less than 10 minutes), 5 minutes from the railway station and the university technology centre.
Around our property there are cultivated fields, so the environment is that of the countryside, although the distances allow you to be in the city centre in 5 minutes, with all the pros and cons :-)

出行信息

The facility is recommended for those travelling by car as there is free parking near the historic centre. Our facility can be reached by bus No. 7 from the railway station (it does not run in the evenings or on Sundays), but the bicycle is the means everyone uses in Ferrara for getting around, and we provide bicycles for discovering the historic centre from which we are 3 km away.
