Recibimos una casa con humedad, sucia, baños sucios y en mal estado, grifería rota, AA muy antiguos, placares con cosas de los dueños y olor a viejo, muy poco lugar de guardado para nosotros. Los colchones, de muy mala calidad. En la cocina, suciedad, ollas con hongos, muy poca vajilla, electrodomésticos antiquísimos, difíciles de usar. Tuvimos que contratar limpieza las dos semanas para que la casa sea habitable. La casa esta llena de fotos por todos lados. Ante las quejas, la respuesta fue que nos fuéramos y nos devolvían la plata, algo bien difícil de hacer cuando se planifican vacaciones con la familia. Solo el exterior, parque, el quincho y la piscina estaban bien. Nos insinuaron atenuar el review para no recibir nosotros uno malo. Dejamos la casa mejor que lo que estaba. Finalmente, los propietarios saben del mal estado de la casa, y cobran casi usd400/noche, SIN hacerse cargo del servicio y expectativa/standard que se espera por ese valor.

Our experience wasn't very good. Definitely NOT worth the money that we paid. No wardrobe for our clothes in the main bedroom. They were locked. No dryer. There was a small tumble dryer that would squeeze the water but did not dry the clothes. Missing sink handle in one of the bathroom sinks The shower had hot water for a minute then nothing for 5 seconds then water for 1 minute and that rhythm repeated itself, but good pressure when it was on. Some trash was left behind by the owner, but no big deal. And there was a problem with the heating system. There was no working central heating in the house despite listing it in the amenities. Three of the five nights we stayed were cold. It turned out that the radiators were not working, so we could not use the living room and other parts of the house. I was told that I could have left the house and looked for another place, or used the three fireplaces that were in the house. ( two of them had no fire protection in front of them, dangerous)

Absolutely stunning house in a peaceful corner of Buenos Aires. Minutes away from the train station and shops, and lots to do nearby. Silvia is a fabulous host with a great attention to detail and makes you feel right at home. She clearly loves her garden and the plants are beautiful. We definitely recommend it!

Great house. Very conveniently located blocks away from the Martinez commercial area and train station. The house is very well equipped and beautiful, an extremely well preserved example of the area’s classic European architecture. Silvia and Maria Jose were great arranging the check in and everything was smooth. Highly recommended. Muy buena casa. Bien ubicada a cuadras del centro comercial de Martínez y de la estación de tren. La casa está completamente equipada y es muy linda, una joya muy bien preservada de la arquitectura europea clásica de la zona. Silvia y Maria Jose fueron muy amables, la comunicación y el check in perfectos. Muy recomendada.
