The location at the Sparks Marina was awesome. Watching several different types of water fowl was fun to do from the patio and the marina pathway. The nearby park was a favorite for our grandaughter. The interior design features of the home and patio were all in "pirate" and were complimented by our visitors and passerby's on their walks. Our pet Franco had much fun watching the walkers, runners and families walking by. This home has all the essentials for a nice summer stay with BBQ, kayaks, and string lighting. Go for it, you'll have a fun and relaxing stay. Oh, I about forgot the shopping and eating at Legends mall.

We honestly cannot complain. We loved the house. The view you get to see is so beautiful. We cant wait to go back to Sparks.

This was a great rental, we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The views were beautiful, the rental was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Our host was extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay and we would definitely come back.
