Our home is entirely cleaned and sanitized between each rental awaiting for your arrival with the peace of mind of a safe environment in our home. Carbon Monoxide detectors & smoke alarms in every room. We use a Heppa Air purifier and a UV light to kill bacteria between each rental. We only use our own quality linens & towels. We like to be in charge of what we offer and we care about the quality of what you use. If bringing lil’ ones, we supply a pack & play, high chair, booster chair, play kitchen, books, toys & games for all ages & Wonderful Custom made Waldorf play Kitchen. There is also a beautiful park down the street and we have purchased just about everything for our guests enjoyment for a fun filled day at park. We have basketballs, baseballs/bats, bouncy balls, soccer ball, Football & volleyball, football toss, croquet, horseshoes, yard Jenga, yard dice etc. The only thing we don’t provide are tennis raquets. A red wagon to put games in or the ‘lil ones in to walk to the park. There’s a fabulous private park down the street, children’s playground, Grills, bathrooms, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts etc. we have many games we’ve purchased for our guests and things to use to play all sports, we just don’t supply tennis racquets. This is a home we enjoy living in when not rented and love to share our things & display our collections with our guests & just ask our guests to please respect our home. You’ll love our Large private deck all year round located off of the family room that adds to the extension of the home w/ covered area including a High-end Lynx stainless Steel Grill/ rotisserie. There is also a private patio on the side of our home off the kitchen. Main floor master ensuite is very large & charming with amazing views! This suite has a very comfy king bed. There’s a sitting area in this room with a custom-made futon couch /bed with an extra thick custom-made mattress, a table and chair & ottoman. There also a desk for a workplace. The room also has twin rollaway bed if needed. Also included in this suite is a small refrigerator, a new smart TV & 2 ceiling fans. New Private full bathroom w large jacuzzi tub, European shower doors surrounded by granite. You will enjoy the cool log stairs leading up to other bedrooms that have themes of the Colorado wildlife. 2 rooms upstairs in the home include a room with brand new Custom Queen/Queen Log bunk beds w new high-end memory foam mattresses. The beds are so spacious and comfy!! A moose themed room. Another room has custom made Queen log bed, tv and is a bear themed room. Relax in the beautiful family room adorned by a real Log fireplace (we do not supply wood And fires Must be approved by us prior to arrival). Some situations, we do not allow fires or the city doesn’t if there’s a fire ban. Overlooking the family room is a large beautiful fallow deer chandelier with dimmer switch that is a gorgeous accent to the room. Kitchen has every amenity you could need. Double ovens, waffle irons,Griddle, Vitamix Blender, toaster, rice cooker, instapot, panini maker, George Foreman grill, kitchen aid mixer & baking essentials etc. 4 coffee makers to appease everyone’s tastes, 2 regular , 1 French press & a Keurig coffee maker. We try to give all our guests a fabulous experience and urge everyone to please read some of our reviews. Carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors in every room. We added on a private apartment that is only used by us on rare occasions. It’s completely separate living & has its own driveway and entrance and nothing is shared between these homes accept occasionally one parking space on the large driveway. There is complete privacy and sound proof. You can be as loud as you want and we could never hear a thing or guests or us can crank music up as loud as we want and neither of us would hear anything. We do have a handyman if needed but we are just a phone call away at all times.
