Sara and Morad provided us with great communication and availability during our stay. There was an issue with the washing machine and when we advised Morad he purchased and delivered a portable one to us the next day. The apartment is high up so the temperature is always great despite Skikdas hot summer weather. The location is good, close to the city center and Stora beach. However, there is a lot of garbage in front of the building so when walking into the building at night you will see rats playing in the garbage. There are also many mosquitos at night (brings sprays and ointments). Skikda is known for having a water issue therefore having a big reservoir is important. The one in the balcony is only sufficient for 2-3 people. We found ourselves running out of water daily. With some improvements I would happily stay in this apartment again. Thank you to Sara and Morad for their hospitality.

Arrivée flexible et hôte à l'écoute. Le quartier est calme et proche des axes majeurs, petit bémol la copro n'est pas bien entretenue. Le logement est spacieux et lumineux mais son état est moyen et méritait une petite révision/rénovation.

I really enjoyed my stay in Skikda at this apartment. It is near the centre of town. It is very large, spacious, clean, and well-decorated. I slept very well on the comfortable bed in the bedroom. There was even another room with two more beds. The living room was huge. Sara and her father Mourad were very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place in Skikda!

Amazing place to stay in Skikda with lovely views over the Mediterranean. Close to centre of town. Large and spacious. I slept well on the comfortable bed in the bedroom. There is even another bedroom with two more beds. The living room is huge. Very clean and well-furnished. I had a comfortable stay! Mourad and his daughter Sara were always available and very helpful!
