Host provided clear instructions on the parking, location, entrance few days in advance and actually sent the recording/video of how to access the parking from the main street, where to park, how to access the apartment and instruction regarding usage of appliances in the apartment - all in all very thorough and informative, probably the most complete set of instructions I've ever experienced. Host also gave us recommendations of local restaurants and provided all the equipment for outside grill. Location of the apartment is great, about 5 minutes walk to the coastal path Lungomare - few stairs and a short ascending road. It's also located within few minutes walk from restaurants and city center. Apartment is also very modern and furnished well, with everything you need - TV for example has Netflix and Android TV, so you can cast movies from your phone. All in all, it is a great apartment on a superb location and we would definitely return for another stay.
We are fully satisfied with the accommodation offered by Armin. The apartment has everything you need, the location is fantastic, and a big advantage is a private parking space. Last but not least - Armin is a helpful and friendly person, he responds quickly to messages, he helped us a lot with the check-out time, which was very important for us traveling with an 8-month-old baby. We recommend it and if we go to Opatija in the future, we will definitely choose this place again.
