This studio ground floor apartment was ideal for our return stay in Cortona. Over my many visits to Cortona I have stayed in the youth hostel, B&Bs and other AnB accommodations. For a quiet, convenient and totally satisfactory stay this has been the best to date. After 2 weeks traveling having use of the washing machine was ideal. I liked that Silvia was easily contacted. Silvia kindly arranged a taxi on our last morning as we were catching an early train from Camucia. Top service. For location the apartment was close to the main through route in Cortona and a short climb. If you are familiar with Cortona this is a rarity. Having been to several restaurants over the years this visits, top pick for food, service and value was Osteria Le Rughe di Cortona. If you like walking I suggest doing a loop out of Cortona from the Cathedral out to Torreone and back via the mountain gate. The cafe there is great. We look forward to a return visit. So hope to stay at Silvia's again next time.

Casa Zeni was very close to the central Piazza and restaurants. A small steep section up to the Unit with a few different ways to get there so you can have a breather but quite doable as we are mid 60's. The unit has modern bathroom and all the amenities like washer/dryer, oven, microwave so easy to self cater to suit. Some bread items for breakfast with jams, milk and butter provided. Silvia was available for any questions via whattsapp. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place if you want to stay right in the city! The host was amazing, took the time to meet us, give recommendations and reserve certain restaurants for us! Would 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Silvia and Cristan’s place. It was spotless and very aesthetic. Silvia was a wonderful host. She really went out of her way to be there for us. She even got us a taxi to the train station that picked us up right at our door. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

If you are looking to stay in Cortona, look no further, this is your place! Silvia greeted us when we arrived to Cortona and walked through the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom pointing out helpful tips and where to find stuff. She made us coffee while she told us about local things to do. We were in Cortona for a wedding and I asked Silvia for a recommendation of where I could get my hair done before the wedding and she immediately called AF and made a reservation for me. They were very helpful and responsive. The place is better than the photos and everything was in great condition. It is so nice that It is not up any stairs, you walk right in from the street. They really care for their guests and wanted us to have the best stay possible. We weren’t able to get a taxi to the train station and when we thought we weren’t able to make our train they came and picked us up and drive us to the station. Cristian and Silvia made our stay perfect!
