This was an amazing stay! Christina is very communicative and courteous, the location is walkable to a lot of local locations, and easy to park and drive a car to as well. During my stay the weather was -15 degrees fahrenheit and the shower was always perfectly hot the entire stay! The gas stove in the kitchen is giant and easy to cook on, even though you generally won't want to with the many restaurants within a mile of this location.

It’s a basement apartment, so the low ceilings, low-ish light, etc. kind of come with the territory. However, the thing that made my stay pretty untenable was the amount of noise the tenants above me were capable of making. They were so incredibly loud — not really at night but basically from 3pm to 9pm on weekdays and almost all day on Sundays, shouting, running, and just otherwise making a lot of noise — that I just couldn’t handle it. I rarely spent time here except to sleep as a result. The location is great and Christina is a fantastic and helpful host but I wish the other folks in the building were a little more considerate.

I have enjoyed my month long stay here, it was comfortable and convenient. Location is great because it’s easy to walk to restaurants, close to Trader Joe’s and pretty much everything I needed. Christina was a great, she was quick to respond to questions and willing to be accommodating. And I never had a problem with parking!

Christina is great, highly responsive, and proactive. Her place was cozy but definitely dated. Thin walls and you will hear any movement coming from the upstairs neighbors as noted from other reviews. My only real complaint is that it is located in a bit of a rougher neighborhood (lots of homeless in the alleyway where you park/enter the unit and the unit itself had a bit of an insect/bug problem). The insect issue was not a huge deal and I did notice little traps scattered around the unit so I know Christina is actively trying to get rid of the problem. Just don't be alarmed if there are a few ants and spiders crawling around or the very rare house centipede (only had one of those during my 1 month stay). Overall, I WOULD recommend Christina's unit. Maybe not the most ideal choice for an extended stay but definitely worth it for a quick trip. Christina definitely deserves an award for AirBnB host of the year with how friendly and quick she is to respond. I would book again based on $$
