It was a great space for the 6 of us to be able to spread out. More than enough room for several more people to stay and even then they'd have plenty of space. Jayden was super helpful answering my questions when booking, making sure I knew it was in Cooper Landing, not Seward, suggesting things to do in the area and places to eat. The location was perfect no matter which direction you are headed to. The only critique we had was that it was very warm upstairs and we didn't find any fans to help out. I didn't love that the windows up there didn't open. But it was otherwise perfect and anyone with a large group will be very happy with how much room there is, the location and how welcoming and responsive Jayden and his family are!

Jayden was a great host. He sent me check in instructions when we didn’t have reception, which helped with our late arrival. It was clean and spacious. Our ten person family trip appreciated the space and large kitchen table. It was very easy to get what we needed for our rafting/fishing trip from their tackle store. The only issue we ran into was their new stove would trip there breaker if you tried to use the oven and the stove top at the same time. But using one at a time worked well.

Positives: We had a wonderful time while not in the cabin. It was a great central location to the area and it's activities. The beds were comfortable according to all guests. Negatives: Customer Service was spotty. ADA Service Dogs are begrudgingly allowed. This probably won't be a great place for any disabled persons due to accessibility issues like bathroom size.

our group of 8 people (2 families - 4 adults and 4 kids) stayed in Jayden's cabin for three days. The hosts are there on the property, the check in was easy, and any questions were addressed right away. For instance, when we arrived we wanted to cook dinner, however the electric stove shut down, when we turned three burners and the oven on. The host came over promptly and addressed the issue. The cabin has rustic feel to it, the living room has a sofa and a recliner. The cabin does not have queen/full beds for 2 adults to sleep on. The sleeping arrangements are all single/twin beds for one person to sleep in (5 beds on the ground floor in one large back room, and 5 beds on the second floor in smaller rooms without windows). The hosts also run the tackle shop on site, where we rented a couple of fishing rods to fish for trout in a nearby small Rainbow lake, that Jayden has suggested we might go with kids. Communication with Jayden was very easy, and overall this stay went quite smoothly.
