I stayed only to rest my head before embarking on a journey to see the cherry blossoms at the tidal basin. Dennis was really helpful from the booking and was quite responsive. I had a wonderful time and was even allowed to keep my bags in the living room until my bus arrived at 8pm which was quite kind considering checkout was earlier in the day. I didn’t explore the home much. The room was tidy though the sheets had a stain in them but I slept underneath them and the shower was cold but I messaged Dennis and they replied quickly with ways to possibly remedy the situation and it worked. I would definitely return and would stay here again :)

They just need to clean up a little more and make sure everything is in proper working condition the shower was barely useable

The place is okay to stay for a few days. Not recommended for more than 2 days or longer term. The Airbnb place doesn't have hot water -- the bathroom has cold or lukewarm water at best. The noise problem is pretty severe. When other guests walk on the upper floor, I can hear the footsteps clearly on the first floor. When I walked in the kitchen, I can feel that the entire building is shaking slightly. Moreover, there's some problem with the cleanliness, too. The kitchen floor tiles are a bit broken, dirty and untidy. The descriptions of the Airbnb are misleading. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the nearest tourist destinations and an hour to walk to Chinatown.

Thanks you for letting us stay. Only amenity missing was that the apartment didn’t have an iron to press clothes.
