Stayed with family at the very end of the season. All right. We were alone so I can say nothing about soundproofing but otherwise everything is fine.

If you want a quiet place right at the ocean and with a wonderful restaurant with good food and staff, then this is the place.

The place is as pictured, a picturesque B&B on the water walking distance from 2 Beach clubs. We came at the end of the season and it was private and relaxing, exactly what we needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of Athens. I still had to work and his wifi was strong enough for all my video meetings and everything I needed to do for work, just make sure you sit in the kitchen at the kitchen table to get the full signal. His restaurant is lovely and food is great right on the water, can't beat having a Greek coffee under the trees with the water by your feet. He also provided us beach towels to make our stay even nicer. A great little escape!

We had the best time at Kostas’ nice little place. The appartements were right next to the beach in a quit little toen. Supermarket is just a few steps away and during the summer there are some nice restaurants as well. Thanks Kostas for the peacefull and relaxend stay in your appartement!
