This is a bit of a slumlord Airbnb. The cabin needs a lot of maintenance and serious cleaning. Multiple drawers had mice droppings in them, we saw mice running across the living room floor, the upstairs has insufficient light, the basement bedroom has no windows and is not up to fire code. Only two stove burners worked, the deck is deteriorating, the hot tub didn’t work, doors jammed, no screens in any window, cobwebs everywhere, general neglect is apparent. They obviously manage a number of properties in absentia and haven’t been here to inspect it in quite a while. Given the holiday premium and cleaning fees, I am very disappointed with the experience here.

Other reviews and the listing are spot on -- this is a spacious and comfy cabin out in the woods! We had a great stay with four adults, two kids, and a dog. The hot tub is fantastic and kitchen is well stocked.
